Asuran Fists is only available to the above listed jobs. If you get your hand to hand skill to level 250 through items or merits but are not one of the above jobs, you will not be able to use this Weapon Skills.
This Weapon Skills is unlocked via the The Walls of Your Mind quest in Bastok. To get this quest, you must have a base hand to hand skill of 250 (which the chart demonstrates) and you must be level 71.
