These mages are experts at “Black Magic,” which constitutes numerous enfeebling techniques and attack spells. In order to focus the mind and spirit, they cannot equip heavy, defensive armor, and prefer to attack from long range.

Through devastating magic spells, black mages bring tremendous firepower to the battlefield.

Black Mages are used to deal large amounts of damage with spells through the consumption of MP. Invites to standard 6 member experience points parties are normally scarce and most Black Mages will solo or small-group their way to 75.
