Notes
- The NIN spell Kurayami: Ni and RDM Merited spell Blind II will overwrite Blind; casting Blind when either have already landed on a mob will result in no effect.
- The blind effect from Flash is now different than the blind from Blind, Blind II, and Kurayami: Ni. They now stack.
