- Base potency of Treasure Hunter Debuff effect level 2.
- 100% chance of proc if there is no Treasure Hunter already on the monster. If there is, there is a chance Bounty Shot will increase the level by one, similar to Sneak Attack or Trick Attack from a Thief main (with lower probability at higher levels of TH).
