Element/Capacity Effects Gives a Store TP bonus to automaton attacks. Also affects automaton behavior, making it save TP until a player uses a Weapon Skill that the automaton can skillchain with. This can be used to force your automaton to use a weapon skill it wouldn't normally use because of active maneuvers.
