Walkthrough
Speak to Luto for a cutscene. Head to Cargo Room B in Port San d'Oria and speak to Portaure for another cutscene that allows you to start a Burning Circle fight.
The BC fight is level 40 capped so be certain to bring level appropriate gear to the Hut Door at (H-10) in Ghelsba Outpost. When inside the hut, a NM named Carrion Dragon will spawn. Your Adventuring Fellow will arrive to assist you once you get the mob to around 50%.
Once the BC is ended you will receive a cutscene, return to Luto for another cutscene that completes the quest.
Notes
Three people in a party may enter the BC at the same time, but it will spawn one Carrion Dragon for each one.
