Walkthrough
Speak to Luto for a cutscene that begins the quest that allows you to start a Burning Circle fight.
The BC fight is level 50 capped, so be certain to bring level appropriate gear to Qu'Bia Arena (through Fei'Yin). Enter the Shimmering Circle to begin the battle.
The adversary is a Dark Knight Demon with approximately 3500 HP, the BC will end if either you or your Adventuring Fellow reaches 0 HP. It will periodically use a skill called "Blighted Gloom" that can deal some serious damage to a player; but if it is targeted to your Adventuring Fellow, he/she will retort with a skill called "Blessed Radiance" causing fair damage to the demon.
Once you defeat the demon, you will receive a cutscene, then return to Luto in Upper Jeuno. Examine to the door in Neptune's Spire for a long cutscene that cutscene that completes the quest.
