Walkthrough
- Speak to Raibaht in Abyssea - Konschtat at (I-13) for the Key Item: Vat of martello fuel.
- If you zone out of Abyssea - Konschtat at any point during this quest, you may have to restart it.
- Examine one of the Martellos in Abyssea - Konschtat, if it is not at full energy, select the option to refill it.
- Return to Raibaht, he will request that you replenish a Martello via the Refuel and Replenish (Konschtat) quest.
- After completing Refuel and Replenish (Konschtat), he will request that you speak to Ayame.
