Notes
- Random Deal cannot reset Two-Hour abilities.
- Favors restoration of abilities with shorter recast times when more than one ability is waiting on recast -- the likelihood of any one ability being restored when more than one is inversely proportional to the relative recast timers of the abilities.
- Random Deal will restore all charges of charge-related abilities if they are restored (including Stratagems and Quick Draw).
- Loaded Deck guarantees the success of Random Deal if the party member receiving the effect has more than one ability waiting on recast.
- The failure rate of Random Deal with only one ability waiting on recast is reduced with further merits in Loaded Deck.
