Notes
- Reduce aiming delay (the time it takes to fire a shot - based off weapon delay), not reload delay (the time between shots - based off ammo delay).
- Can reduce up to 50% of the original delay.
- Can reduce up to 50% of the original delay.
- Preliminary testing shows proc rate (RNG 99) to be around 10%.
- This job trait does not affect TP, and thus is somewhat difficult to quantify.
- The base proc rate and potential tier structure remain unknown.
- Equipment that modifies this trait is thought to modify the proc rate, though two naming conventions exist.
