Walkthrough
-In order to start a Martello refuel quest you have to have visitant status first.
-Talk to the Machine Outfitter NPC and ask about refueling.
-Now go find a Martello that has had some of its fuel depleted.
-Select refuel. It tells you which direction to examine it from in order to refuel it. Do so and wait for the refueling to complete.
-Return to the Machine Outfitter to finish.
