- Retribution is only available to the above listed jobs. If you get your staff skill to level 230 through items or merits but are not one of the above jobs, you will not be able to use this Weapon Skill.
- This Weapon Skill is unlocked via the Blood and Glory quest in Windurst. To get this quest, you must have a base staff skill of 230 (which the chart demonstrates) and you must be level 71.
