Pet Food Alpha was a weekly Final Fantasy XI podcast.
Mega Elixir
The genesis of PFA was a short-lived podcast named Mega Elixir that also featured hosts FusionX and Steak. It was published from February 20th, 2006 until May 2006. It was the first known Final Fantasy XI podcast and hosted by Ogaming, which was acquired by Allakhazam.

Pet Food Alpha
The show had a very impressive streak of posting episodes every week for roughly 5 years, even in some of the leaner times of the game's history. The series was published from June 2006 until 2013.

Pet Food Beta
Some time after the original hosts moved on, a successor podcast named Pet Food Beta started up. These featured frequently guest and punching bag Miroku and newcomer Vivi. They didn't quite hit the same stride as the original show, but in an era where there wasn't any other FFXI podcast around, they filled a hole. The series was published from 2014 into 2016, with a final episode after a long break as Dynamis Divergence was unveiled.
